All Service content and materials — including AI-generated reports, analysis, recommendations, and interface designs — are copyright protected. You may download and print your personal data (CSV exports, PDF reports) for personal use only. No modification, reproduction, or distribution of the Service or its content is permitted without written authorization.
By submitting content to the Service (meal photos, symptom data, onboarding responses), you confirm you are at least 16 years old and grant FoodClue a royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use submitted content solely for:

FoodClue offers Free and Pro subscription plans:
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the billing period. No refunds apply to partial periods. Pricing may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
You must provide accurate, complete registration information. We may suspend or terminate accounts if information appears untrue, inaccurate, or incomplete. You are responsible for password confidentiality and all account activities. Notify us immediately at support@foodclue.app of any unauthorized use.

All information, products, and services — including AI-generated reports, trigger analyses, meal recommendations, and safe food lists — are provided “as is” without any warranties, express or implied. FoodClue disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Trigger correlations, safe food assessments, and meal recommendations are based on your self-reported data and statistical analysis. Results vary by individual, data quality, and consistency of logging. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated analysis.
FoodClue, its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages from Service use, including but not limited to:
FoodClue's total liability does not exceed the amounts paid for the Service in the 12 months before a claim.
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for Terms violations, non-payment, or other reasons at our discretion. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We retain your data for 30 days after termination, then permanently delete it. You may export your data before termination from Settings.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes are resolved through binding arbitration under American Arbitration Association rules. If any provision is found invalid, remaining provisions continue in full force.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or prominent in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
